I ordered from here once for delivery. The pizza arrived so thin that you could see the cardboard box. So I drove it back to the place and they offered to remake it and comp a dessert. However, I was upset and asked for a full refund.
Fortunately, their outreach is really great. The follow up from the manager showed quality of leadership. They left voicemail apologizing for the mishap and said when we ordered again we'd receive a comp pizza pie.
It was refreshing to see the level of commitment to rectify the situation. I've been ordering from them since.
I also noticed the team working diligently on Christmas night. -

Meh. This Domino's Pizza opened a few months ago on SW 27th Avenue between US-1 and Coral Way. When growing up, our family would order Domino's at least once per month on average, but I hadn't tried it in years, until we ordered takeout via their website on a recent Friday night.
Ordering was relatively simple, and I was impressed with the amount and variety of toppings one can order, from various types of sauce, cheeses, meats and fruits/vegetables. Depending on the size you order, one can also select from a few different crusts. One other cool feature is that, when ordering toppings, you can select to have the entire pizza covered with each topping, or one specific side of the pie or the other.
I ordered a "create your own" 16" pie which was only available in 1 type of crust. While it was cool that you could check the website to see when your pizza was being created, cooked, boxed up and ready, nowhere did it show an approximate time when your order was expected to be ready for pickup. Once I got our pizza to the place where we'd planned to eat it, I opened the box and the toppings looked pretty sad. We heated it up a bit to bring it back to life, but found the Domino's Pizza we got on this night was less flavorful and less enjoyable than a DiGiorno's frozen pizza from the grocery store, and certainly not as good as other takeout or delivery pizzas we've had from other shops in the recent past.
A few years ago, Domino's made a big deal about improvements they'd supposedly made to their crust, sauce, quality of the cheese, etc. Based on this experience, they still have lots of work to do! -

Yes, I know they use frozen ingredients but honestly dominos is one of my favorite carry out pizza place. This location in particular the staff is very courteous and helpful. I love the thin thin crust spinach Alfredo pizza. I can finish the whole box lol. The app for dominos is very user friendly and you can track the status of your pizza.

I'm embarrassed to say how often I find myself here after placing an online order, but to say the least, this location is way better than the one on Ponce if only for the waiting area.
Conveniently right off of 27th Ave, there is a designated parking lot with 6 spaces that are always available (shared with a BoA standalone ATM). The staff here are friendly and greet you when you walk in, and though there always seem to be people waiting for a while, I've always picked my order as soon as I walk in. The pizza, which you can watch getting made if you hang around, is always hot and exactly as I ordered it. They also have plenty of napkins, plates, pepper packs, etc. so you don't have to loiter around the register waiting for someone to help.
On occasion, they have a tempting deal on their chalkboard. For me however, I'll stick with the 2+ for $5.99 each deal.
